What we collect on frameweave.com, why, and how to reach us about it.
Effective
This policy covers the website frameweave.com. It is run by Frame Weave, LLC ("Frame Weave", "we"). The Frame Weave app at create.frameweave.com is covered by its own terms.

What you give us
When you fill in a form, we collect what you type: your name, work email and message, and, depending on the form, a link to your menu or ad, the POS you asked about, or your calculator result. When you book a call, the booking page collects your name, email and the time you pick.
We use it to reply, send what you asked for, prepare for your call, and follow up about Frame Weave. You can ask us to stop following up at any time.
What the site records on its own
The site stores a small record in your browser of how you first arrived: the first page you saw, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. If you later fill in a form, that record is sent with it, so we know which pages and posts bring in enquiries.
With your consent, we also use:
- Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and records details such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
- Apollo, to identify the company a visit comes from, based on the visitor's internet address. We use this to understand which businesses are interested in Frame Weave.
If you decline, these do not load.
Cookies and your choices
A cookie banner from CookieYes asks for your consent the first time you visit and remembers your choice with its own cookie. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Videos play from Vimeo with its do not track setting on.
Who helps us run the site
These companies process information for us. Each has its own privacy policy.
- HubSpot stores form submissions and call bookings.
- Google provides Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Apollo identifies the companies behind visits, with consent.
- CookieYes runs the cookie banner.
- Vimeo hosts our videos.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and keeps it secure, which involves processing internet addresses.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies above, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details while we are in touch with you about Frame Weave, and delete them when you ask or when they are no longer needed. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for follow-up. Email hello@frameweave.com and we will act on your request as the law requires.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent for analytics and Apollo, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us for everything else. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
Where it is processed
Frame Weave is based in the United States, and the companies above may process information in the United States and other countries.
Children
The site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the effective date at the top.
